Add the image to Google Wallet

  1. Open Google Wallet.
  2. Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen, or tap Add to Wallet.
  3. Choose Everything else / Photo.
  4. Select your saved Google Wallet image.
  5. Let Google Wallet detect the QR code.
  6. Check the name/details.
  7. Tap Add or Save.

Google Wallet may use slightly different wording on different Android versions. The important step is to add the saved image as a photo/everything-else pass so Wallet can detect the QR code.
